What do you do when you have so much fear? You push it aside. You make it okay. You pretend it isn’t there. Because it’s so painful to really address what you’re thinking and feeling and what might have to change if you were to accept it. You’d rather just sit in the fear itself.
Upon reflecting on your needs and priorities you get to decide if the way you’re doing things is serving the highest version of yourself. You get to inspect your needs and ask yourself what needs aren’t getting met and why and why it’s important. Once you have that, you have some clarity and direction to change.
